Monét C. Shell, M.MFT
I am a therapist who gets excited about equipping clients with tools that will give their unspoken emotions a voice. My desire is to meet clients where they are while providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to process their challenges, make changes, and obtain the peace that they seek.

I have worked in private practice and in non-profit settings in community mental health centers, one of which focused on pastoral counseling. With my specialized training in conflict resolution, I am eager to help clients create effective ways to resolve internal and external conflict.
My style of therapy is collaborative and evidenced-based, integrating cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and restoration therapies. My areas of special clinical interest include premarital counseling, relationship conflict management, sexual and physical trauma, sex therapy, core-identity alignment, cultural identity, anxiety, and depression.
