I consider it a privilege to serve clients in their time of need. I love walking alongside clients in their journey to become their best selves. I have seen the impact of therapy in the lives of my clients and believe that therapy can benefit everyone.

I began my career in mental health as a therapist intern providing therapy for adolescents through a program designed to motivate and empower youths to use their voice to support others.
I have worked with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families in community and agency settings.
Recently, I had the opportunity to conduct therapy with trauma survivors in Africa, gaining invaluable experience working in a high stress environment with an underserved population.
My areas of special clinical interest include couple therapy, sexual and physical trauma, parenting issues, depression, and anxiety. I practice an evidence-based approach to therapy that includes cognitive-behavioral, play therapy, and emotionally focused interventions.
