Cailin Jaspers, M.A.

Therapy isn’t about providing all the answers; it’s about creating a space where you can explore, reflect, and find clarity and direction for yourself. Choosing to make changes in your life can feel overwhelming, but my goal as a counselor is to offer a compassionate and supportive environment to help you make meaningful, lasting changes. I deeply value building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, willingness, and mutual respect—elements that are essential for not only healing but also for thriving. My desire to help others is evident to anyone who knows me, and it drives me to continuously learn, grow, and provide the best support possible for my clients. I strive to show my clients that they are worthy of healing as they discover their path towards growth.

Therapist Experience

My experience as a counselor has allowed me to work with clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, as well as individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. While my primary focus has been on substance use treatment, I also have experience addressing other challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I have worked with individuals, couples, groups, and families, with a particular emphasis on individual and group therapy. My training and experience in both counseling and art therapy enable me to help clients address their issues creatively and compassionately.

Therapy Interests

I implement a holistic and eclectic approach to counseling through cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy, trauma-informed models, solution focused therapy, ecotherapy, and creative arts therapies.

My areas of clinical interest include personality disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction, and adult ADHD, especially in women. I also have a special interest and training in working with adolescents, young adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
