“How do I start making changes?”
If that question has been on your mind, you’re not alone. People come to therapy when something isn’t working—whether that’s in a relationship, within themselves, or in how they’re managing stress. Therapy can help you make sense of those patterns and begin shifting them in a way that actually feels doable.
I work with individuals, couples, and families through a relational lens. We’ll look at what’s happening internally while also exploring how your relationships, past experiences, and environment are shaping your current responses.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I draw from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Gottman Therapy to help you identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and build more effective ways of communicating and coping. I also work from a trauma-informed perspective, recognizing how past experiences can continue to show up in the present.
In our work together, you can expect both support and direction. Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about learning how to respond differently, whether that means improving communication, setting boundaries, or working through difficult emotions more intentionally. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure where to begin, we can start there and figure it out together.

Therapist Experience
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, relationship conflict, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. I conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain clear, ethical clinical documentation. In my work, I help clients address communication breakdowns, manage emotional regulation difficulties, and identify patterns that contribute to relational distress. I also support clients impacted by trauma in understanding triggers, building coping strategies, and creating a greater sense of stability in their daily lives.
Therapy Interests
I’m especially interested in helping clients improve relationship dynamics, strengthen communication, manage mental health symptoms (e.g., anxiety, depression, mood disorders), and develop a more balanced sense of self. I enjoy working with couples experiencing conflict or disconnection, as well as individuals navigating trauma, identity concerns, and self-worth challenges. I’m drawn to work that helps clients break repetitive patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and create meaningful, lasting change both within themselves and in their relationships. If you’re looking for a space that is both supportive and focused on real change, this may be a good fit.
